“I fell in love with theatre in the 8th grade while performing in The Wizard of Oz. I felt more confident and free than I had ever felt in my life, and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the loving instruction of my amazing teachers and mentors. Theatre is a safe space for so many, and in becoming a teacher, I hope to cultivate that safe space for many other kids who find that they are themselves the most when they are on stage pretending to be someone else.”

Since then, Meghan has been involved in many different productions at ArtWorks, and has performed locally at the community and collegiate level. Meghan is currently working toward two degrees at the University of Central Oklahoma- a BFA in Theatre Education, and a BM in Vocal Performance (Music Theatre track).
