Enroll in Classes

All ArtWorks Academy camps and classes are first come, first served. Enroll now to reserve your child's spot!

Welcome to ArtWorks Academy!  We are so glad you are interested in putting your child in performing or visual arts classes! Our goal is to make the enrollment process as convenient and easy as possible. There are three ways to enroll in classes and camps at ArtWorks Academy. You may choose one of the following options:

Enroll Online

Don’t worry about standing in long lines to enroll your child in a camp or class, simply enroll online. Online enrollment only takes a few minutes of your time. We understand you are busy and your time is valuable. We have always offered this convenience and are happy to continue to do so. 

In Person

You are welcome to come into the studio to enroll with one of our friendly and helpful staff members. They are generally there after 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.  Feel free to call (405) 397-1824 before you come, to make sure we are open when you visit. Summer hours vary.

Open House

ArtWorks Academy hosts Open Houses before the  fall season. This is a great time to find out more about classes, meet our faculty and have your child sized for dance shoes.  Contact us to find out about an upcoming Open House!

Online Enrollment Process

We recently switched to a new enrollment and studio management software. ALL students, new or returning, will need to set up a new account when enrolling for our 2023-2024 Season. Once you have registered for a class, you will be able to log directly into your account. When you are logged in you can check your account balance, pay tuition or enroll in additional classes. Click on the registration link at the bottom of this page and follow these steps.

Complete family info fields

The first and last name under, “your account” is for the parent or guardian’s name, and not the child’s name.

Add student(s)

Please enroll your child with the name they go by.  There is no need to enter their legal name, if they prefer nickname.

Register for classes

After you have setup your account, look for the, “register for classes” icon/button. You will see a list of all classes available for your child(ren). Please make sure you choose the correct season. Our Mini-Sessions are under a different season than our other classes. Click the checkboxes of all classes in which you wish to enroll.

Submit

After selecting classes, hit, “submit”. There are more steps after this.

Finish registratoin

After you submit the class enrollments, click on the button at the top that says, “Finish registration now”

Review our policies and agree

Please make sure you review our policies. This includes general policies, as well as school dependent policies. There are polices for the School of Dance, School of Theatre, and School of Music.

Pay deposit

Pay your deposit to finalize your enrollment. If you wish to enroll in auto-pay you can do so when you checkout, or within your account. Your child is not considered enrolled until your deposit is paid.

Download Our App

Go to the app store and download DanceStudio-Pro Portal. Use your login information from the account you just set up. In the app, you can view your child’s schedule, pay your balance, receive class notes, etc. Please agree to receive notifications, so we can send you reminders and weather related notifications. 

Additional Info

Here are a few more things you need to know.

  • 2023-2024 Classes: A deposit is required to enroll in any classes. The deposit includes the enrollment fee and first month tuition. All payments are non-refundable. Recital costumes for dance classes are divided into nine monthly payments. Your first payment will be due in September. If you enroll after the season has begun, you will be charged for previous costume fee installments missed.
  • Mini-Sessions: The full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Enrollment for subsequent sessions will open up around three weeks before the next session begins.
  • SUMMER Camps and Classes: A deposit of $20 (classes) or $50 (camps) is required to hold your child's spot in each camp or class. We do NOT have an enrollment fee during the summer session, so the deposit will be applied to your tuition balance. The remaining balance is due by June 19 for classes. The camp balances are due two weeks prior to the start of each camp. Please make sure you enter your child's t-shirt size when you enroll them. Summer enrollment includes a free shirt.
  • Drop In Classes and Summer Auditions: After you click on the link for the “2023 Summer Auditions and Drop In Classes” you will need to scroll through the calendar to find the month when the class is being offered. The tuition for the master class is due in full at the time of enrollment. If enrolling for an audition, please go through the checkout process, even though nothing is due.
  • Epic Families: If your child is enrolled in Epic Charter Schools and you want us to bill their Learning Fund, please make sure you are NOT signed up for auto-pay through our system or your card will be charged when tuition is due. You also need to email us at info@artworksacademy.com to let us know to bill Epic. When you enroll your child and want to use their Epic Learning Fund, you will need to pay the enrollment fee and September tuition. We will bill for October when they start allowing us to submit invoices. If we have not received a payment from them by the end of November, you will be responsible for paying the months that have not been paid by Epic, until we receive payment from them. If you enroll mid-year, the same policy applies. If they are 60 days behind, you will need to cover the difference.
