Tuition

Tuition is $54 per month for MMT, $65 per month for BMT, and $96 per month for JPC.  Students taking more than one class (i.e. Junior Production Company and a dance class) will receive a discounted rate on additional classes.

Additional Fees

In addition to the monthly tuition, there is also a Production Fee due each semester, as well as an annual $40 Enrollment Fee.  The Production Fee helps cover the cost of theater rental, show royalties, costumes, sets, props, etc. The Production Fee due each semester is $85 (MMT and BMT) and $125 (JPC).

Additional Rehearsals

Some Saturday rehearsals will be required.  In order to use class time as efficiently as possible, we try not to block scenes or teach songs with small groups of students during the regular class time. We do this on Saturdays, so the class time can be used for songs and scenes involving the majority of the cast. We notify all students and parents of the potential Saturday rehearsals at the beginning of each semester.  There are generally one to two per month, but not all students will be called.   We give you a chance to let us know in advance of any conflicts you have on the scheduled Saturday rehearsals.

PLEASE NOTE: Students in Mini and Beginning Musical Theatre are not called for Saturday rehearsals, other than one or two at the end of the semester.

Attire

Students should wear clothes which allow for ease of movement to class. The following shoes are needed:

  • Girls in PreK-2nd grade: Black or pink ballet shoes
  • Girls in 3rd-8th: Tan Grecian sandals or tan jazz shoes
  • Boys in PreK-2nd grade: Black ballet shoes or black jazz shoes
  • Boys in 3rd-8th: Black jazz shoes or dress/character shoes (depending upon show)

“My daughter has been at ArtWorks Academy since she was in the 1st Grade. She is now in 5th and I believe that ArtWorks has taught her so much more than just being in a musical. It has taught her how to be a leader in her school and given her the confidence to do things like Student Council, the talent show, and perform around town without fear. She loves attending ArtWorks and wakes up on those days excited about what she is going to learn when she gets there. My son has only been in Senior Production Company at ArtWorks Academy for a year  and his favorite thing is the group of kids he gets to perform with. They are all so nice and talented.” -M’Leah T.
