Summer Camps/Classes Change Request Form

All transfer and withdrawal requests MUST be submitted through the following Change Request Form.

Withdrawal or transfer requests received two weeks prior to the first day of camp or class will be issued a full refund, minus a $25 fee, OR a full credit transfer into another camp or class, based on availability. Refunds will be issued via check within 14 days of the request.

Withdrawals or transfer requests made one week prior to the start of camp or class will be issued a 50% refund OR a full credit transfer into another camp or class, based on availability. Refunds will be issued via check within 14 days of the request.

Withdrawal or transfer requests received less than one week before the start of camp or class will not be issued a refund or a balance transfer to another camp or class.
