SUMMARY:My First Nutcracker
DESCRIPTION:Clara Marie is hosting a party\, and the whole audience is invited! \nIn this contemporary adaptation of a beloved classic\, little ones can enjoy an interactive introduction to The Nutcracker in under an hour. Through audience participation\, adventure with Clara Marie and her friends through the snowy skies\, to the Land of Sweets\, and around the world–and even learn some dance along the way. My First Nutcracker is sure to be a holiday favorite! \nAdapted for Young Audiences by Barbara Zinn Krieger\nPremiere Directed & Choreographed by Melissa Riker\nFeaturing the Music of Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky \nWe will begin on the north side of our building where students will enjoy cookies and a craft. The audience will then walk to the theater together where they will be greeted by Clara and her mother\, before the performance begins. This production is interactive and children have opportunities to stand up and dance along with the cast. My First Nutcracker is appropriate for all ages\, and most enjoyed by children six years old and younger. DESCRIPTION:Based on the beloved Disney animated film\, and featuring a jazzy\, upbeat score\, Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun\, complete with unbelievable twists and turns. \nIn the heart of Paris\, a kind and eccentric millionairess wills her entire estate to Duchess\, her high-society cat\, and her three little kittens. Laughs and adventure ensue as the greedy\, bumbling butler pulls off the ultimate catnap caper.
