Our goal is to make the enrollment process as convenient and easy as possible. There are three ways to enroll in classes and camps at ArtWorks Academy. You may choose any of the following options:

• Enroll online
• Enroll at one of our enrollment days
• Enroll during office hours

Online Enrollment

Don't worry about standing in long lines to enroll your child in a camp or class, simply enroll online. Online enrollment only takes a few minutes of your time. We understand you are busy and your time is valuable. We have always offered this convenience, but have recently switched to a new system that will save you even more time! Once you have registered for a class, you will be able to log directly into your account. When you are logged in, you can view class notes, your account balance, pay tuition or enroll in additional classes.

Everyone, new or returning, will need to complete the online registration form.  Because this is a new system, returning students do not have a password and will need to enter all information.  For subsequent enrollments, however, you will simply log into your account and never have to input your information again! Click on the registration link and follow these steps: 
    
1. Complete family info fields
2. Add student(s)
3. Add a class (you will need to click on the appropriate tab, i.e. master class, private, summer)
4. Review policies and hit ‘accept’
5. Add additional classes (if needed)
6. Review enrollment

7. Pay deposit*
8. Logout 

*PLEASE NOTE:  If you do not pay your deposit and first month of tuition upon enrollment, the system automatically unenrolls you from the camp or class at midnight the day you enroll.  If you prefer to pay via check, please contact us the same day and we will note your account so you will remain enrolled.  The required deposits are as follows:  

2009-2010 Classes:  $20 annual enrollment fee for families enrolling one student or $30 annual enrollment fee for families enrolling two or more children.  The first month of tuition is also required to hold your child's spot in class.  All payments are non-refundable.
