Our goal is to make the enrollment process as convenient and easy as possible. There are two ways to enroll in classes and camps at ArtWorks Academy. You may choose one of the following options:

  • Enroll online
  • Enroll during office hours
  • Enroll at an Open House
    •      

Online Enrollment

Don't worry about standing in long lines to enroll your child in a camp or class, simply enroll online. Online enrollment only takes a few minutes of your time. We understand you are busy and your time is valuable. We have always offered this convenience and are happy to continue to do so.  Once you have registered for a class, you will be able to log directly into your account. When you are logged in, you can view class notes, your account balance, pay tuition or enroll in additional classes.

All new students will need to complete the online registration form.  For subsequent enrollments, however, you will simply log into your account and never have to input your information again! Click on the registration link and follow these steps: 

     
1. Complete family info fields
2. Add student(s)
3. Add a class (you will need to click on the appropriate tab, i.e. 2012-2013, master class, private, summer)
4. Review policies and hit ‘accept’
5. Add additional classes (if needed)
6. Review enrollment
7. Pay deposit*
8. Logout

 *PLEASE NOTE:  If you do not pay your deposit upon enrollment, the system automatically unenrolls you from the camp or class at midnight the day you enroll.  If you prefer to pay via check, please contact us the same day and we will note your account so you will remain enrolled.  The required deposits are as follows:  

      

2013 Summer Classes:  A $20.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon enrollment to hold your child's spot. The session charge listed, once you enroll, is your remaining balance. The balance is due by the first day of the class. All payments are non-refundable. We will have to manually enter the discounts for multiple classes. We will take care of it after you enroll.

2012-2013 Classes:  A deposit is required to enroll in any classes.  The deposit includes the enrollment fee and first month tuition.  All payments are non-refundable.
