Summer Camps and Classes
Summer is an exciting time at ArtWorks Academy. We have camps and classes available for students from 3 years old to adults. Whether you are a current student or brand new to our programs, we invite you to join us this summer.
All camps and classes with grade requirements are based on the grade the student completed during the 2007-2008 school year. Some exceptions may be made.
Students enrolling in two or more camps or classes will receive a 10% discount off of each. Families will receive a sibling or parent discount of 10% for each additional family member enrolled.
Summer Classes
Intro to Tap Monday 7:30-8:00 pm 6th-12th Grade 6 week class (June 16-July 21, 2008) $45.00
This class will help students build a solid foundation in the fundamentals of tap. At the end of six weeks they will be able to execute the basic steps and put those steps together in simple combinations. |

Adult Lyrical Monday 8:00-8:55 pm 18 and up 6 week class (June 16-July 21, 2008) $60.00
This class is for aspiring dancers 18 and older. Each class will include warm ups with stretching, strengthening and toning exercises. We will work on basic dance technique and expression through dance. |
 | Acting Monday 6:30-7:30 pm 6th - 12th Grade 6 week class (June 16-July 21, 2008) $60.00
This class covers the fundamentals of acting through exercises, monologues, scene work, improv and theatre games. Students will explore the physical, vocal, emotional and technical aspects of acting. |
